Lucy Kyllonen is a pastor, coach, and leader dedicated to empowering women in leadership to step into clarity, confidence, and peace. She brings almost 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, serving as the Director of Women’s Ministry at Crossover Church and founder of the Chosen Women’s Ministry.
Her passion comes from her own journey—from burnout to breakthrough. After years of striving, comparison, and Christian fatigue syndrome, she discovered that God is more concerned with who we are becoming than what we are doing for Him. Now, she helps women lead with strength without losing themselves in the process.
