If we haven’t met yet, here’s a little about me: Originally from New York City, I’ve called the Tampa Bay Area home for over 30 years. I co-lead at Crossover Church alongside my husband, Pastor Tommy "Urban D" Kyllonen, and serve as the Founder & Director of Chosen Women’s Ministry, leading women’s groups, events, and leadership development. On the home front, I’m a wife, mom of two adult daughters, a devoted dog mom to Bailey (my spunky Shih Tzu-Lhasa Apso mix), and a backyard chicken enthusiast.

With a BA in Psychology, an MA in Mental Health Counseling, and a Life Coaching Certification, I bring almost 30 years of experience in leadership and ministry. But more than titles, my passion is helping women step into clarity, confidence, and purpose—without losing themselves in the process.

For years, I saw women feeling stuck, unseen, and overwhelmed—pouring out to everyone else while silently wondering if they were truly enough. I know that feeling well. Seven years ago, I hit burnout. But God met me there, reminding me:

He is more concerned with who I am becoming than what I am doing for Him.

That realization changed everything. I went from striving to soul-care leadership, from self-doubt to confidence, from burnout to breakthrough. Now, I help women do the same—through leadership, coaching, and faith-infused transformation.

Because here’s the truth:
