If we haven't had the chance to connect personally, allow me to offer a glimpse into who I am. While I'm originally from New York City, the Tampa Bay Area has been my home for over 30 years. I proudly co-lead at Crossover Church alongside my husband, Pastor Tommy "Urban D" Kyllonen. Additionally, I am the founder & Director of the Women’s Ministry, Chosen, where I oversee women’s groups, events, and activities at the church. On the home front, together, we're navigating the exciting journey of raising two almost-adult daughters. I'm also a devoted dog mom to Bailey, a spunky Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso mix and, I enjoy the simple pleasures of eating eggs laid by our very own backyard chickens!

My academic journey includes a BA in Psychology, an MA in Mental Health Counseling, and a Life Coaching Certification. With over 25 years of combined experience in leadership and ministry, my true passion lies in making meaningful connections and impacting the lives of women from all walks of life.

Over the past 17 years, I've dedicated myself to assisting women in making radical changes in their personal and spiritual journeys. My goal is to ignite an unstoppable flame of transformation. Often, I encounter women who feel stuck, lacking clear direction, or caught in the constant whirlwind of life without a clear purpose. In a world filled with distractions like entertainment and social media, it's easy to become more of a human doing than a human being.

Reflecting on Jesus' words in John 10:10, "I have come so that they may have life, and have it more abundantly," I am committed to helping women transform their lives into a perspective powerhouse in every aspect. Many times, the external fulfillment we seek begins with the inner work of our soul, bringing awareness to the spiritual richness and talents gifted to us by God.
